One-to-One Coaching (NL)

When you feel uncertain about relationships, work, interactions with others, or your own direction, it is often not because you have not tried hard enough. Emotions, relationships, and choices can become so entangled that repeated thinking only makes things feel more confusing.

One-to-one coaching uses structured questions and reflection to help you clarify the context of a concern, recognise where you are truly stuck, and identify a next step that fits you better. It is not about deciding for you or offering vague advice; it is about helping you organise what feels unclear.

When this may be useful

This service may suit you if you are carrying one issue repeatedly without being able to make sense of it; want someone to talk with but do not want only reassurance or generic advice; feel stuck in a relationship, at work, or with other people; know you need to do something but cannot see the first step; feel overwhelmed by options; or have a full mind but no clear direction.

What the session includes

  • Clarifying the situation: break down the concern and recognise where you are stuck.
  • Exploring emotions and needs: make sense of the feelings, hopes, and concerns involved.
  • Considering options: look at the choices available and their possible effects.
  • Practical next steps: identify a first action you can take.
  • Key-point review: receive a summary and direction for what comes next after each service.

Topics you can bring

  • Relationships: difficulty getting along, communication that has lost focus, uncertainty about another person's attitude, or clarifying your own needs and boundaries.
  • Work and career: career choices, work pressure, working relationships, leaving or changing roles, goal-setting, and action priorities.
  • Interpersonal relationships: difficulties with friends, family, or colleagues; understanding your reactions and finding a more workable response.
  • Personal reflection: low mood, scattered thoughts, inner conflict, procrastination, hesitation, or uncertainty during a life transition.

Service commitments

  • Privacy: consultation content is handled confidentially.
  • Structured feedback: every service includes a summary of key points and suggested next actions.
  • Booking confirmation: your service time is confirmed within 24 hours of booking.

Choosing a session length

  • 30 minutes: for one question or a short-term situation when you want to clarify the essentials quickly.
  • 45 minutes: for concerns with several intertwined factors, such as relationship and emotional issues, or work and interpersonal pressures.
  • 60 minutes: for a longer-standing difficulty, a more complex relationship, several choices, or when you want to develop a fuller direction for action.

What to prepare

  • The one issue you most want to clarify.
  • How long it has been difficult.
  • What you have already tried.
  • What support you most hope to receive in this session.
